The above rates include all expenses such as Travel, Accommodation and Meals etc within a 80 mile radius of Bournemouth. Any travel outside the 80 mile radius is charged at £.45p per mile. Any hotel accommodation that may be required will be discussed and agreed at the time. Any expenses incurred due to train travel, Air Travel, congestion charge, etc will be charged at cost price. Agreement for interest free over 12 months is completed as a fixed monthly standing order charge and is one month in advance. Any additional days required over the agreed package price is invoiced at £450 per day plus any expenses as noted above. Bronze Package gives you dedicated support for all the above over a maximum of 10 days. Silver Package gives you dedicated support for all the above over a maximum of 16 days. Gold Package gives you dedicated support for all the above over a maximum of 22 days. All prices quoted are plus VAT
